Howell Sledge is the unspoken inspirational leader of the band. Howell brings love and enthusiasm to the stage. Howell Sledge is the son of legendary Percy Sledge. If people say that Howell is just riding the coat tail of his dad, Howell's reply is "That is exactly right". Growing up, Percy inspired and encouraged Howell to dress well, look your best at all times, and sing. As a natural outgoing front man to this band, Howell is carrying on the legacy for the Sledge Family and fans of Percy Sledge.
